2019 Recomendations

• Malleus Goblinficarium: by @ampersandbear is a dice based rogue-like game that is deceptively deep and clever. I ended up playing this for 5+ hours yesterday on stream. One more turn, one more run, etc. https://ampersandbear.itch.io/malleus-goblinficarium

  

• Krakens Curse:  by @rubna_ & @sokpopco is an adorable pirate rogue-like that made me realize just how easy it is to stack cannonballs one on top of another.  https://sokpop.itch.io/krakens-curse 

• DANGAN GB: by Snorpung. It's  a new shmup for the GameBoy for its 30th anniversary. I am awful at it, but that probably means it's really good.  It also feels super faithful to that console, and you can tell it was lovingly crafted.  snorpung.itch.io/dangan-gb

• Sturmfront The Mutant War: by Andrade Games is a bullet hell run and gunner that has a pretty metal sound track to boot.  If you like mutant guts, flame-throwers, and cyborg humanoids with stupid big guns than you should probably check it out. https://andrade-games.itch.io/sturmfront-the-mutant-war-bel-edition

• Dead Pixels II: Straight To Video (Demo):  by CSR-Studios is going HARD on that early 90's nostalgia. It's a side-scrolling shooter with procedurally generated cities, enemies, and weapon spawns. • Smith and Winston: by @executionunit is a gorgeous voxel based metroidvania/twin stick shooter *~*IN SPACE*~*. Because who doesn't wanna blast apart alien terrain and their space friends heads? https://executionunit.itch.io/smith-and-winston
